Silent Watchman can help. Using the latest technology Silent Watchman finds its position using the same GPS satellite system that is used for cars and boats. When called from one of up to five chosen mobile phones it will silently send a text message showing its position. It will not respond to any mobile that you have not approved.
Programme an area into Silent Watchman using one of the chosen mobile phones and Silent Watchman will silently send an alerting message if it moves outside the area.
Carry Silent Watchmen with you so that your family knows where you are. In an emergency, press the SOS button to silently send a repeating text message including HELP! together with its current or last known location to your chosen mobile phones.
Use the reported position in conjunction with Google Maps to see a location or satellite view of its position.
Choose from three styles of Silent Watchman:
Pocket Watchman – to carry in your bag or vehicle (shown above)
Pet Watchman – fit to the collar of your pet
Wired Watchman – for permanent fitting in your boat, car or caravan
All Silent Watchman needs to operate is a phone signal, an initial position fix in the open and reasonable opportunity to receive a satellite signal. Silent Watchman uses the latest tri-band mobile phone chip together with the state of the art SiRFstarIII GPS chip for fast position fixing and operation in difficult locations.
